Please complete the Registration Package (one per student), the Financial Commitment Sheet, and each Permission Form (one per family).
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Download/save the PDFs below to your computer. The download/save icon is to the right or left of the printer icon, depending on your browser.
- Complete the forms on your computer.
- Print pages 3-6 of the Registration Package, the Financial Committment Sheet, and each Permission Form, and sign where appropriate.
- Scan and email to principal@riversidechristianschool.ca, or bring your signed, printed copy to the school.
